DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern pitcher Mason Crenshaw had been named the Great American Conference Pitcher of the week following his performance last week in series against Arkansas-Ft. Smith and Southern Nazarene.

Crenshaw, a junior from Red Oak, Okla., appeared in a pair of games out of the Savage Storm bullpen.

On Tuesday, he preserved a 3-0 win against Arkansas-Fort Smith with a perfect ninth inning to earn his fifth save, one off the GAC lead.

On Friday, against Southern Nazarene, he pitched three scoreless innings with six strikeouts to earn his third win.

Crenshaw is now 3-1 overall, on the season with a 1.80 ERA and five saves.

Southeastern will be back in action today and on March 19th when it plays a three-game series against McMurry in Abilene, Texas.
