The Texoma Fall Garden Show is back at the Bryan County Fair grounds for the 2013 Fall season. The event opened today at 9 a.m.
The show is presented by the Bryan County Master Gardener’s Association. The Garden Café will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. sponsored by the Choctaw Seniors.
Sulphur Springs UMC will also be serving homemade goodies, water bottles and coffee throughout the event both days.
The show will feature approximately 20 vendors selling plants, flowers, fertilizer, art and homemade goods such as herbal soaps.
The Friday schedule is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday the event will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday presentations included pruning techniques at 10 a.m. and edible landscaping at 1 p.m.
Saturday presentations will be veggie and fruit art, creative and healthy snacks for kids at 10 a.m. and floral arrangements at 1 p.m.
All presentations are free of charge and door prizes will be given during each presentation.
