The Durant City Pool opened Tuesday and hours of operation for the 2014 season will be 1-4:30 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Mondays-Fridays, with 7:30-9:30 p.m. reserved for pool parties; noon-3:30 p.m., 4-6 p.m. and 6:15-8:15 p.m. Saturdays, with 8:30-10:30 p.m. reserved for parties; and 1-4 p.m. Sundays.


Admission is $1 for ages 0-5 and 55-plus, and $3.25 for ages 6-54. Season passes are $80 per individual, $160 for a family of two to five and $180 for a family of six or more. A 30-visit punch card is $75.


“Rain checks” will be issued for each patron having paid the daily admission fee or using a punch card if the pool is closed prior to 2:30 p.m. during a 1-4:30 session.
