The 47th annual Caddo Round-Up Club rodeo will begin at 8 p.m. July 25 and 26, with the Flying C of Madill providing the livestock.
Mutton bustin’ will begin before the actual rodeo, at 7:30 nightly, with sign-in no later than 6:45. There is a $25 entry fee, limited to 12 entries.
This UPRA-, CRRA- and ACRA-sanctioned rodeo will have in excess of $4,500 added money to nine events. Those events are bareback riding, steer wrestling, bull riding, barrel racing, ladies breakaway roping, calf roping, saddle bronc riding, ranch bronc riding and team roping.
The team roping fee is $240 per team. Fees for other events are $80, except for saddle and ranch bronc riding, which are $65. Slack will be after the Friday-evening performance.
Special events include a calf scramble for ages 12 and younger, a ladies steer scramble for ages 18 and older, and a relay race.

The Caddo Round-Up Club also is sponsoring a parade that will begin lining up at 9 a.m. Saturday at the school grounds and head toward downtown at 10.
Following the parade, there will be a barbecue lunch and silent auction at the Rock Community Building. Carry-out trays will be available. Funds raised from this event will be used to improve the town’s appearance.
