The monthly car show at Wright’s Drive In was a huge success. Over 40 cars were on hand to show off their hobby cars. Every month, cars from all over the area show up, raise their hoods to show off their engines. Next month, as the weather cools off even more cars will show up. Wright’s Drive In is the premier vintage eating place in Durant. It’s been in the Holder family for nearly 40 decades. Courtney Holder Burnett runs a tight ship and Wright’s Drive In is a favorite of area residents. Her Dad Jess Holder ran Wright’s for years before she took over and breathed new life into the restaurant.
