The Bryan County 4-H club held its annual awards banquet Saturday at the Clay Jones Community Building.
Members, families and honored guests were invited to join the 4-H Dynasty over for a Cajun banquet and celebrate the 4-H accomplishments over the past year as well as welcome the new officer team.
The building was transformed into a Cajun swamp land with inspirational quotes and camouflage covering the walls as the 4-H officers made their entrance.
The 2014-2015 officer team includes Co-Presidents Alyssa and Allison Robinson, First Vice President Clay Shires, Second Vice President Teigan Munson, Secretary Shelton Schell, Reporter Jackie Jo Coe, Treasurer and Historian Hannah Carter and Recreation Leader Bailey Bradley.
Presentations were given to display the trips and activities of the club over the past year.
Awards given throughout the year were recognized from activities ranging from fashion, to academics to livestock and shooting sports.
Members were also recognized for accomplishments at local state and national levels including outstanding members, County Hall of Fame inductees, national Key club members and scholarship winners.
Sponsors, parents and supporters of the Bryan County 4-H were also recognized for their help in keeping the club running.
