CALERA - The Lady Dawgs took down Stonewall in overtime on Tuesday, garnering 30 points from Taylor Pickett in the overtime victory.

Calera Coach LaChelle Brown reports that Maddie Partain scored 11 while Raylee Rogers and Madi Robinson scored eight each for the Lady Dawgs.

Calera faces a couple of big tests next week when hey visit Caddo on Tuesday and host Atoka on Feb. 14 in what could be the last game at the old high school gym.

In other girls basketball games on Tuesday:

Bennington improved to 12-6 on the season with a 49-23 thumping of Thackerville… Antlers dusted Colbert 45-36… Rock Creek defeated Coleman 50-37… Atoka dropped Silo 72-45.


Silo earned a big win on Tuesday with a 48-44 win over Atoka (14-4). The Rebels move to 17-5 on the season and will host Achille in a senior night game this Thursday.

Bennington has won 10 straight with a 59-55 decision over Thackerville on Tuesday. The Bears (15-5) will visit Victory Life Academy in Durant on Thursday.

Calera defeated Stonewall handily by a score of 76-50.
