Thomas “Tom” Collins a resident of Bokchito, Oklahoma passed away in Denison, Texas on Monday, June 17, 2013 at the age of 62 years 4 months and 20 days. He was born in Pueblo, Colorado to James Norman and Julia (McGrath) Collins on Sunday, January 28, 1951. Tom married Laura McPherson in Durant, Oklahoma on Tuesday, September 15, 1981.

Tom was a self employed welder. He enjoyed rebuilding old cars and trucks.

Mr. Collins is survived by his wife, Laura Collins of the home; daughter, Kristy Collins of Worcester, Massachusetts; son, Michael Miller of Holdenville, Oklahoma; stepdaughters, Barbara Dusoe of Worcester, Massachusetts and Lisa Erti of Worcester, Massachusetts; mother, Julia Collins of Kemp, Oklahoma; brothers, Bob Collins of Madill, Oklahoma, Norman Collins of Kemp, Oklahoma, Buel Collins of Durant, Oklahoma and Milton Collins of Mesquite, Texas; sisters, Judy Ragle of Mead, Oklahoma, Trudy Jones of Kemp, Oklahoma and Joy Collins of Kemp, Oklahoma; grandchildren; Alexis, Brandon, Olivia, Marcus, Alex, Michael and Zackery.

Mr. Collins was preceded in death by his father, James Norman Collins.

Family Hour will be from 6-7:00 PM Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Holmes ~ Coffey ~ Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma. A Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 20, 2013 at the Bokchito Cemetery with Bro. Tommy Green officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Hammill, John Brese, Frank Hamby, James Putman, Ricky Knight, Joe Esbenshade and Grigg Jordan.

Gail Tyree a resident of Durant, Oklahoma passed from this life on Monday, June 17, 2013 at the age of 56 years 10 months and 25 days. She was born in Ft. Worth, Texas on Monday, July 23, 1956 to Authur Ray and Ouida (Maupin) Robertson. Gail Robertson married Charlie Tyree in Durant, Oklahoma on Friday, July 6, 1973.

Gail was a woman who dedicated her life to caring for her family and home. She especially loved taking care of her five grandchildren and considered them her greatest blessing. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Mrs. Tyree is survived by her husband, Charlie of the home; son, Vincent Tyree of Colbert, Oklahoma; daughters, Crystal Tyree of Colbert, Oklahoma and Chanelle Tryee of Armstrong, Oklahoma; grandsons, Dalton Tyree of Colbert, Oklahoma and Lane Tyree of Armstrong, Oklahoma; granddaugthers, Emiley Tyree of Armstrong, Oklahoma, Kelsey Tyree of Armstrong, Oklahoma and Madison Dean of Armstrong, Oklahoma; sisters, Becky Springer of Caddo, Oklahoma, Tanya Hazzard of Austin, Texas, Judy Henry of Durant, Oklahoma, Sabrina Robertson of San Antonio, Texas and Sharon Lambeth of Dallas, Texas; sister-in-law, Rita St. John and husband of Blue, Oklahoma; aunts, Delma Dunegan and husband of Albany, Oklahoma and Doris Kennedy of Van Couver, Washington; step-dad, Odell Headrick of Durant, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Tyree is preceded in death by her mother, Ouida Nell Headrick; father, Authur Robertson; brother, Larry Don Trout; grandparents, Harry and Velma Maupin; mother-in-law, Addie Lee Tyree.

Family Hour will be from 6-7:00 PM Thursday, June 20, 2013 at the Holmes ~ Coffey ~ Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma. A Funeral Service celebrating her life will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Holmes Coffey Murray Chapel with Bro. Mark Mikolyski officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be John Cummins, Charles St. John, Dustin Minion, Vincent Tyree, Dalton Tyree and Joey Bailey.
