The Bryan County Master Gardeners held their first Fall Garden Show Saturday. The event was held to counter their spring show, said OSU Extension Educator for Agriculture Robert Bourne.

The show began at 9 a.m. and lasted until 5 p.m. The show consisted of approximately 15 vendors displaying their products and four workshops during the day.

The workshops taught listeners everything from getting soil to how to plant said, Bourne. There was also a workshop about how to prepare and cook edible greens.

Bourne said that if this year’s Fall Garden show was a success, it will be held again next year.
