Alberto Vazquez and Lexi Stinnett represented Durant High School this past Saturday at the Cross Country Meet of Champions in Stillwater. The Meet of Champions consists of 50 of the top runners in the state in class 2A - 5A.
Vazquez finished 5th in the 5K with a time of 17:05 and Stinnett finished 40th in the girls 2 mile race with a time of 12:52, almost breaking her PB time of 12:47 from state. Both have qualified to compete in the Arkansas/Oklahoma Duel in Rogers, Arkansas on November 17.
