DURANT — A warrant was issued for the arrest of a man accused of sexually harassing employees at Walmart.

Earl Wayne Teel, 60, was charged with three counts of sexual battery. He came under investigation in March after three store employees disclosed that Teel groped them.

A victim told Detective Shane Harkey that she was approached by a man riding an electric cart and that he grabbed her inappropriately, the affidavit states. The woman told police that the man, identified as Teel, said, “You like it.”

He then forcefully kissed her, according to police.

Another alleged victim told police that during the past year, Teel would enter the store, give her a hug and rub her buttocks, the affidavit states. Another woman said that Teel came into the store often and gave her “big hugs” and touched her buttocks.

In other, unrelated sex crimes, Donald Wayne Davis Jr., 50, was charged this week with making lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16.

According to an affidavit by Bryan County District Attorney Investigator Sam Hernandez, Caddo Police took a report earlier this month that photos had been taken of a 14-year-old girl and indecent proposals were made to her.

The girl told authorities that Davis showed her videos on his computer about the world coming to an end. The affidavit states that Davis told her he wanted to “run away with her, live in a cellar and repopulate the world with him.”

Hernandez questioned Davis earlier this week and he admitted to the allegations, according to the affidavit.

Davis was arraigned on the charge Wednesday and bond was set at $10,000.
