The first weekly drawing was held for the Durant Main Street Shopping Spree. Latesha Hallmark was the first week’s winner. Latesha made her purchase at The Plaza/Studio One Photograph. Donating the first week’s prize was Steger Lumber Company.
Thursdays are “double ticket” day with participating downtown merchants. Merchants who have a Christmas tree displayed in their windows are a part of the shopping spree. For every $10 spent on Thursdays, the patron will receive two tickets to place into the weekly drawing.
The big drawing will take place on Tuesday, December 18, at Market Square Stage at 6:00 p.m.
