OKLAHOMA CITY — A parental “bill of rights” was approved in a House committee Monday, pushing to the floor a proposal designed to prevent the government from interfering with how parents raise their children. Crash claims the life of a Durant boy
Matt Swearengin and Jessica Breger Democrat News Staff An 11-year-old boy was killed Sunday in a single-vehicle crash on a county road south of Blue, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
