A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man accused of sexually abusing a 4-year-old boy.

David Ray Evans, 45, was charged Friday with child sexual abuse. He came under investigation after a woman told Bryan County Sheriff's Investigator Kimberly Weaver about a conversation she heard between Evans and the boy.
