She was born Thursday, May 1, 1919, in Garvin to Charlie Delmar and Lizzie Booker (Steelman) Hearon. She married Gene Hull March 11, 1939, in Durant. She was a charter member of the New Hope Church of the Nazarene, a homemaker and a rural paper carrier from 1966 until 1996 for the Durant Daily Democrat and the Denison Herald. She loved cooking, gardening, and attending every concert that her children were in.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband on May 5, 2000, brother J.C. Heron and sister Jean Sinn.
She is survived by son Jerry Hull, Fort Worth, Texas; daughter Jeannie Belch and husband Rick, Farmers Branch; son Greg Hull and wife Kathy, North Richland Hills, Texas; daughter Twana Henneke and husband Gary, Tom Ball, Texas; special daughter Kathy Nichols and husband Blake, Farmers Branch; brothers J.D. Hearon and wife Lillian, Durant, and Joe Hearon and wife Mildred, Durant; sister Rosie Simpson and husband Johnny, Durant; brothers John Hearon and wife Jan, Worthington, Ohio, and Bo Hearon and wife Barbara, Durant; grandchildren Annie and Molly Henneke, Tom Ball, Adam, Mark and Kara Hull, North Richland Hills; great-granddaughter and care givers Amber and Cici Chloupek, Farmers Branch; great-grandchildren Colin, Devin and Blake Phipps, Farmers Branch; great-great-granddaughter Cameryn Chloupek, Farmers Branch; numerous nieces and nephews and brother-in-law Herb Sinn, Hot Springs Village, Ark.
Burial will be in Highland Cemetery with Roy Badger Jr., David Badger, Tony Taylor, Adam Hull, Mark Hull and Tommy Hearon serving as pallbearers.
Family hour will be from 5-6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
