DURANT - Two people were hit with drug charges following a search of a Durant home by the District Attorney's Drug Task Force.

Carl Glen Lindamood, 18, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, methamphetamine possession and knowingly concealing stolen property. He also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and drug possession without a prescription, both misdemeanors.

Kaina Joan Anderson-Lindamood, 42, was charged with maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold, and misdemeanor charges of marijuana and paraphernalia possession.

The charges against the two stem from a Jan. 5 raid of a home at 1302 N. Third Ave. According to a search warrant return by Drug Agent Wayne Stanley, officers found baggies of marijuana, scales, assorted drug paraphernalia and miscellaneous pills.

Lindamood was charged with knowingly concealing stolen property because he possessed three county road signs, according to court papers.

In other drug crimes, Ila Melissa Martin, 41, Durant, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute after a December search of a home at 1506 W. Louisiana St.

According to an affidavit by Durant Police Narcotics Lt. Mike Woodruff, officers found marijuana and paraphernalia in the home, and Martin, when questioned, admitted to selling approximately one ounce of marijuana.
