Silo
The Silo Rebels rounded out their Spring Break trip with a 9-1 win over Sarasota Christian last week. Damien Mantzke picked up the win with relief help by Jacob Carter and Brandon Wells. They allowed one run on three hits with just one walk and two strikouts.
Nathan Price was 2-for-2 with a home run and two RBIs, while Wells was 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs to lead the offense. B.W. Savage was 1-for-2 and Keith Ballard was 1-for-3.
Silo will host a pair of games before beginning play in the Bryan County Tournament Thursday. The Rebels will play Soper, 4 p.m. today and VLA, 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
