Tony was the Son of Odis and Vivian Duckworth Winnett and was born August 16,1952, in Denison, Texas. He attended Colbert, Oklahoma, schools and lived in Colbert for most of his life, and was a mechanic and loved experimental hobbies.
He was preceded in death by his father and three sisters Janice, Tonia and Rhonda.
He is survived by his mother Vivian Winnett of Colbert, Oklahoma; two sons Tracy Winnett of Diana, Texas, and Brian Winnett of Colbert, Oklahoma; one daughter April Winnett of Calera, Oklahoma. He is also survived by very special friend Lisa of the home. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Barbara Pratt; and four grandchildren: Tonia Kay Winnett, Destiny Winnett, Leigh Brown and Devon Brown.
Funeral Services for Tony Winnett will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday April 2, 2008, in the Highway 91 Church of Christ in Colbert with Mr. Jim Mitchell and Mr. Don Tarbet officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memory Cemetery in Colbert.
Pallbearers will be Kimmy Swindell, Kevin Swindell, Kreg Swindell, Jeremy Swindell, Mike Coble and Ray Inmon. Family night will be from 7-8 Tuesday evening at Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert, Oklahoma.
