James David Smith, 56, was charged Tuesday with lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child under 16 and indecent exposure.
He came under investigation last week after police were dispatched to a swimming pool on Larkspur Lane off University Boulevard.
According to Officer Shane Harkey, Smith was sitting at the side of the pool while other people, including two children, a 7-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl, were swimming in the pool.
The girl disclosed that Smith exposed himself multiple times and then entered the pool and touched her buttocks, according to Harkey.
Smith was arrested that day and his bond was set at $35,000 during a court hearing.
In other court cases, Jose Yostin Elizondo, 22, Pilot Point, Texas, was charged with eluding police, running a roadblock and DUI.
According to court papers, Elizondo fled last week from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and ran a roadblock set up at Highway 70 and Kirsey Road west of Durant.
Court papers state he was under the influence of alcohol.
James Nathan Russell, 28, Durant, was charged Wednesday with methamphetamine manufacture and possession following an investigation by the Bryan County Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Drug Task Force and State Probation and Parole.
According to court papers, officers found a methamphetamine lab, plus completed methamphetamine at a home last week in the 1100 block of East Main Street.
