Cagle tossed a no-hitter in a 7-0 win in the series finale at Henderson State to help Southeastern to a 2-1 record and a series win over HSU.
His no-hitter is the 23rd in Southeastern history and the first since the 1999 season. He struck out five and faced 26 hitters, five more than the minimum.
He had just one base runner advance past first base in the game.
