At 1:27 p.m., the office manager told police that a Hispanic male subject entered the office building with a gun and demanded money.
The manager gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. She was then assaulted and placed in a closet.
The office manager sustained minor injuries from where she was struck in the face with a closed fist.
The Durant Criminal Investigative Division is actively following up on leads.

The suspect was described as Hispanic, approximately five-feet-eleven-inches tall and wearing a shirt with the word "sergeant."
