The West Bryan County Volunteer Fire Rescue is currently seeking volunteer firefighters. Oklahoma has experienced a notoriously hot and dry summer this year. The conditions the state has been experiencing this summer are perfect for fires.

The West Bryan County Volunteer Fire Rescue works hard to keep Bryan County citizens safe and the volunteer firefighters need help. Chief Jonathan Nunnally said the team is needing “as many as we can get.”

Nunnally said applicants should be “dependable, trustworthy and in decent physical condition.”

“We go into other people’s homes and it is a strenuous job,” the chief said.

Anyone willing to learn, train hard and desire to serve your community and help others, please contact the West Bryan County Volunteer Fire Rescue.

Contact Chief Nunnally at 580-920-2808 or visit their website at www.wbcfirerescue.com for more information.
