Ernest Lee Miller, 82, was born December 2, 1929 in Bell, CA, the son of Joseph and Olga Miller and had lived in Boswell, OK since 1971. Ernest married Ruth Nell Gilbreath on July 18, 1953 in Bell, CA. He was a proud U.S. Marine Corp veteran having served during World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War in Field Communications. Ernest served the Town of Boswell as Mayor for two terms from 1990-1998. He loved hunting and fishing, treasure hunting, camping with friends and family and the pleasure of his family. Ernest was associated with the Methodist church.

Sruviving relatives are: His wife, Nell Miller; one daughter, Freida Wall and husband, Charles of Boswell, OK; two sons, Tom Miller and wife, Pam of Pensacola, FL and Robert Miller and wife, Jerrilea of Oklahoma City, OK; one sister, Marjorie Satterfield of New Cuyama, CA; six grandchildren, Rebecca Meadows, Tracy Lynn Futch, Jessica Stricklin, Robbie Miller, Christopher Wall and Jennifer Wall; three great grandchildren , Annabelle Meadows, Julian Meadows and Jason Futch along with many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be at Boswell Methodist Church in Boswell, OK. on March 18, 2012 at 2:00 P.M.

Interment will be at Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK. Miller & Miller Funeral Home in Boswell, OK. will handled the arrangements.
