On Friday, May 18, the Durant Kiwanis all pulled together to host the 34th Annual 4th Grade Track Meet at the Durant Multi Sports Complex.
Approximately 260 fourth grade Durant students, teachers, volunteers and parents watched as the students participated in a variety of events.
From the softball throw to the tug-of-war each student participated in the sport or sports of their choice. The weather was perfect for the track meet and by the end of the day all Durant Kiwanis were a little tried but certainly proud of the accomplishments of each student.
The Durant Kiwanis are dedicated to serving the children of our community. The Kiwanis Club of Durant has a rich heritage of service to its community of Durant and Bryan County.
