Donald Eugene “Donny” Gordon III 39, of Cartwright, Okahoma, passed away Sunday afternoon June 17, 2012 at Texoma Medical Center.
He was born March 30, 1973 in Van Buren, Arkansas to Donald Eugene and Susie K. Carr Gordon II. He had been a longtime Texomaland resident and was a Colbert High School graduate in 1991.
Along the years Donny made many friends. He would go without if it meant helping a friend. He loved spending time outside, camping and loved to fish. His favorite place was to be near the lake. And just like his Mother Donny had that special way with animals. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew and loved him . No matter where you are Donny you will always be in our hearts.
He was preceded in death by his Mother Susie K. King.
Surviving are two Brothers Chris Carr and wife Tanya of Denison, Michael Clark and wife Carol of Grand Prairie, Texas One Sister Misti Hayes and husband Tim of Sherman. Grandparents Billy J and Dorsalene Carr of Sherman. Step-Father Dennis King of Shawnee, Oklahoma . Numerous Nieces and Nephews also survive.
A Graveside Service for Donny Gordon III will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday Morning June 20, 2012 in Tishomingo Cemetery in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Family night will be from 6-7 Tuesday evening at Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert.
The Family wishes to thank Texoma Medical Center ICU Nurses and Doctors for all their care and respectfully asks In Lieu of flowers make donations to Cunningham Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
