Bonnie Lou Phillips of Durant, Oklahoma passed away in Calera, Oklahoma on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the age of 63 years 7 months and 28 days. She was born in Durant, Oklahoma on Sunday, October 31, 1948 to Charles Winston and Edith Francis (Sluder) Phillips.
Bonnie Lou Phillips was a precious child of God who attended Grace Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her friends and family.
Miss Phillips is survived by her sisters, Bea Ladd and husband Roger of Durant, Oklahoma, Dessie Henry of Caney, Oklahoma, Hazel Allen of Durant, Oklahoma, Martha Smith and husband Johnny of Durant, Oklahoma and Betty Gilbert and husband Jerry of Durant, Oklahoma; brother, Jimmy Phillips and wife Mary of Silo, Oklahoma; half brother, Chock Collum and wife Bessie of Perkins, Oklahoma; half sister, Rudene Van Burnt of Junction, Texas and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Miss Phillips was preceded death by her parents, Charlie and Edith Phillips; half brother, Raymond Collum; half sisters, Imogene Heflin and Nette Mae Rich; numerous nieces and nephews.
Family Hour will be Friday, June 29, 2012 from 6-7:00 P.M. at the Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 30, 2012, at the Holmes-Coffey-Murray Chapel with Bro. Anthony Williams officiating. Interment will be at the Bokchito Cemetery, Bokchito, Oklahoma.
