Jerry Dan Birdsong was born November 5, 1957 in Caddo, Oklahoma to Delbert and Margaret Hill Birdsong and passed from this life on Monday, August 13, 2012 in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 54.
Jerry is survived by his mother Margaret Birdsong of Caddo, OK; children Tasha Allyn Birdsong of Durant, OK and Sabrina Leann Bonneval of Colorado Springs, CO; step daughter Jennifer Dawn Collier of Colorado Springs, CO; brothers Delbert Birdsong and wife Yvonne, Gary Birdsong and wife Sue, Mike Birdsong and wife Marilyn and Frank Birdsong and wife Linda all of Caddo, OK; grandchildren Juliette Page Collier, Evelyn Rose Collier, Hayden Lee Collins and Thomas Ray Birdsong; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
