Orine Marshall, 88, of Durant passed away on August 29, 2012 at her home. She was born on November 8, 1923 in Texas to Charles F. and Mary L. Eggleston. She married Don Marshall and spent most of her life in Durant. Orine was of the Baptist faith and was a housewife. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, dancing, gardening, taking care of her yard, and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Don Marshall on April 26, 2006, parent, one son, three sisters, and four brothers.
She is survived by daughters; Pat Welborn and husband Jackie of Durant, Glenda Mayhew of Sherman, TX, and Phyllis Cater of Durant, daughter in law; Gwen McAlester of Denison, TX, granddaughter; Amanda (McAlister) Howell and husband Phillip of Carrollton, TX, daughter in law; Gwen McAlester of Denison, TX, 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and many other relatives.
Service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 11:00am at Rose Hill Cemetery in Calera, OK. There will be a Celebration of Life following the service at the Jack Stockton Community Building in Calera, OK.
