Frederick, Walker exchange vows

Robert Fielding Frederick II and Rannde Jade Walker were united in marriage in a double-ring ceremony on June 23, 2012 at the Calvary Baptist Church in Durant. Pastor Howard Stanley presided over the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Ronnie and Tina Walker of Nida. She is the granddaughter of Bill and Shannon Barnes of Caddo and the late Willie and Wilma Walker of Nida.

The groom is the son of Jan Beene of Ringold and the late Tom Frederick of Durant. He is the grandson of Lennis Frederick of Silo, the late Robert Fielding Frederick of Silo, Faye Walker of Fort Towson, and the late William Bryant of Fort Towson.

The bride was given in marriage by her mother and father. The bride wore a strapless gown designed by Oleg Cassini with a matching cathedral veil. She carried a bouquet of white hydrangeas. The groom was dressed in a black tuxedo with black vest and tie.

Tessa Todd, sister of the bride, of Sulphur served as Matron of Honor along with Tarah McKinney of Coalgate. Bridesmaids included Megan Saliba of Mannford and Cody Gardner of Lawton. The bridesmaids wore black knee-length lace dresses and carried white hydrangeas.

Michael Manning, brother of the groom, of Valliant served as the Best Man. Groomsmen included Spencer Phipps of Eufaula, Kelby Johnson of Calera, and Jack Dollarhide of Durant. The groomsmen were dressed in black tuxedos with black vests and apple-green ties.

Other attendants included Waylon McKinney of Coalgate and Chase Todd of Sulphur as ushers, Taylor Johnson of Calera and Amy Truitt of Yukon as greeters, Kylie Benson of Valliant as candle lighter, Kaydence Cothran of Ada, Addison Harkey of Durant, and Madilyn Kellum of Norman as flower girls, Coy Moore of Nida as sign carrier, Daylon Moore of Nida as Ring bearer, Suzanne McDonald as pianist, and Tonya Bonilla as vocalist.

A reception was hosted by the parents of the couple at Durant Public Library. A rehearsal dinner was hosted by Jan Beene at the library. The couple celebrated their honeymoon in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
