Durant Police are seeing the public’s help in apprehending a man they said tried to rob a convenience store last month.
According to police, a man walked in Jerry’s Drive-thru, 1298 N. First Ave. Police said the man demanded that the cashier give him money from the cash register. The man fled the business after the cashier activated an alarm.
Police described the man as as a Caucasian male, mid 20s, approximately 5’10 and approximately 185 pounds. He has brown hair and a goatee. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a dark colored canvas type hoodie jacket and dark colored knit work gloves.

In other crimes, three people were arrested in Denison, Texas, Wednesday after a chase that began in Calera and ended in Denison. Katie Wise, 23, continued driving when an officer tried to pull her over, and according to authorities, she rear-ended a Colbert officer’s patrol car that drove in front of her.
Wise and two passengers were arrested in Denison.
