Southeastern continued their home dominance and clinched a postseason berth Saturday with a 70-51 conference win over rival Southwestern at Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

Chris Roussell was one assist shy of a triple double and Andris Misters came up big with 22 points as the Savage Storm scored 42 second half points on their way to victory.

The win gives Southeastern a 9-8 record in the Great American Conference, guaranteeing them one of the eight spots in the GAC championship tournament to be held in March in Bartlesville. The Storm are now 13-10 on the season overall. SWOSU falls to 9-14 (8-9 in GAC).

SOSU spotted the Bulldogs an 8-0 lead before coming to life. The Storm did not take the lead until the final minute of the first half.
