Geneva Mae Walby a resident of Humble, Texas passed away in Houston, Texas on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at the age of 70 years 9 months and 27 days. She was born in Denison, Texas on Thursday, April 30, 1942 to Jesse and Nellie (Click) Manners. Geneva Manners married Ronald Walby on Saturday, April 30, 1988.

Geneva enjoyed working with her hands and spent many hours crocheting and doing crafts when she was younger. When she got older she loved to go on cruises; Geneva went on three with her cousin Jeanne and enjoyed telling everyone about them.

Mrs. Walby is survived by her husband; Ronald Walby of the home; sons, Michael Todd Kosar and wife Betty Ann and Joseph Steven Kosar; daughter, Susan Parker; grandchildren, Emily Nichole Kosar, Kara Danielle Kosar, Karrisa Brooke Kosar, Rafael Sebastian Rodriguez, Kya Parker, Billy Parker and Matthew Parker; great grandchildren; Kayden Kraig Altimore and Kylie Brooke Altimore; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Walby was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Nellie Manners.

Family Hour will be from 6:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma.

A Funeral Service celebrating her life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel with Rev. Anthony Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery in Durant. Serving as pallbearers will be Dan Swafford, Ronnie Swafford, Jay Weda, Billy Swafford, Jermery Coker and Rafael Rodriguez.
