On Saturday starting at 8:30 a.m., Silo will be hosting a 4-team PeeWee Baseball Festival at the Silo High School Softball Field. This is a 9 & 10-year-old festival with teams from Silo, Durant, Calera and Caddo.
It is a true, double elimination festival and all players will line up for the National Anthem at 8:30 a.m. with the first game starting at 9.
It should last throughout the day with the championship game sometime around 5 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. for the if-necessary game.
