The Durant Lion Wrestling fundamentals Camp will be held from Monday, June 14 to Saturday, June 19 from 9 a.m. to noon each day. On Saturday, guest clinicians Matt Grice and Michel Lightner will be here from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Seventh – 12th grade wrestlers will attend on Monday to Wednesday.
Fourth – sixth grade wrestlers will be attending on Thursday and Friday while Durant High School Varsity wrestlers help with instruction.
Cost per camper is $50 and campers will receive a camp T-shirt. (This fee is to purchase each camper a T-shirt and pay the fee for our guest clinicians.) Entry forms and money should be turned in by Wednesday, May 26th.
Durant Lion Wrestling Fundamentals Camp will be held in the Durant High School Wrestling room on Monday-Friday and in the Durant High School Gymnasium on Saturday.
The purpose of the Durant Lion Wrestling Fundamentals Camp is to introduce wrestling to young athletes and to stress the necessity of fundamental technique to older athletes.
Grice is a mixed martial arts fighter. He has a MMA record of 10-3. At Harrah High school, Matt was a four-time Oklahoma State Wrestling Champion.
Lightner was named an assistant coach for the Oklahoma wrestling program on Aug. 27, 2009.

Rock Creek Boys Basketball Fundamental Camp
Through May 25-28, Rock Creek coach Brad McKnight will instruct the Rock Creek Boys Basketball Fundamental Camp. The camp is for boys entering grades third-eighth. Cost of the camp is $60. Camp will run from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each day. Contact Brad McKnight for more information at 434-2981.
