Memorial services for Rachel Inez McMillan, 83, of Colbert, Oklahoma who passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at her home will be held at 7:30 PM on Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Colbert. Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service, Durant.
