Thelma Florene (Easter) Robinson, of Caddo passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the age of 93. Thelma was born in Caprock, TX on September 28, 1919 to William Thomas Easter and Susie (Sqyres) Easter. She graduated from Robertson High School in Robertson, TX then married U. B. Robinson on July 30, 1938 in Ralls, TX. They moved to Bryan County to retire in 1967 from west Texas. Thelma was a member of the Armstrong Home Extension Club and was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, yard work and anything to do with flowers.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband U.B., one son U. B. Robinson Jr., 9 siblings and a granddaughter Suzette Rowland.
Thelma is survived by her two daughters Della Sue Chron and husband Ivan of Lubbock, TX and Mary McFadden of Caddo, six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; 7 great greatgrandchildren and step-grandson Tim Monk and wife Sandra, Ft. Worth, TX.
Visitation will be held at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 6-7PM and a service will begin at 7PM with Bro. Mike Hermanson, Bro. Bill Ledbetter and her grandson Philip Dunn officiating. A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Ralls Cemetery in Ralls, TX.
