Making Oklahoma Healthy Again

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the signing of a bold executive order to Make Oklahoma Healthy Again (MOHA), alongside U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Governor Kevin Stitt. This initiative will save lives—and save taxpayer dollars.

Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant will host a firework show at dusk on Friday, July 4. The Lake Texoma fireworks show will be Saturday, July 5 near the Roosevelt Bridge with events beginning at 6 p.m.

State regents continue to keep tuition affordable

The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education set tuition and mandatory fee levels for Oklahoma’s public colleges and universities on June 26. Tuition and mandatory fees for resident undergraduate students in 2025-26 will not increase at 10 institutions across the state system of higher education.
