A reception for Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Chancellor Sean Burrage, left, was held Monday evening in the Southeastern Hallie McKinney Ballroom. Chancellor Burrage is a former president of Southeastern and SE President Dr. Thomas Newsom presented Burrage with a proclamation from the university.
