A Boardman, Oregon, man died after his vehicle traveled into a creek on Oct. 27, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
Eighty-two-year-old Salvador G. Pacheco was traveling northbound on Haynie Road north of Highway 78 at approximately 8:05 p.m. when his vehicle department the roadway.
Pacheco then over corrected and traveled into a creek, according to OHP.
The vehicle came to rest on the driver’s side and it filled with water.
Pacheco wore a seat belt, according to Trooper Jerrid Hobbie’s report.
