With Homecoming week at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, the candidates for 2025 Homecoming Royalty have been announced for voting by the student body.
The Homecoming Royalty will be announced at halftime of next Saturday’s football game versus Henderson State, with two students selected. The winners will serve at various functions throughout the remainder of the academic year, as well as ringing the Swearengin Bell at the 2026 Distinguished Alumni awards banquet.
The nominees for Homecoming Royalty are:
• Bresha Applin, a junior Elementary Education major from Stamford, Texas (self-nominated)
• Sarah Coblentz, a senior Political Science and History double major from Celina, Texas, representing the Comic Book Club
• Tessa Jinkins, a senior Criminal Justice major from Savoy, Texas, representing the Sparks Dance Team
• Keeden Jones, a senior Business major from Durant, representing the Southeastern Honors program
• Emmaleigh Kendrick, a senior Communication/Media Studies major from Idabel, representing the Cardinal Key Honor Society
• Jayden Manous, a senior Elementary Education major from Durant, representing Alpha Sigma Tau sorority
• Julianna Muria, a senior Music Education/Vocal major from Durant, representing Kappa Kappa Psi band fraternity
• Caleb Phelps, a junior Pre-Nursing major from Ada, representing Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity
• Sydney Reardon, a senior Aviation/ Professional Pilot major from Roanoke, Texas, representing Women in Aviation
• Hailey Weaver, a senior Health and Human performance major from Durant, representing the Southeastern Cheer team
