Southeastern Oklahoma State University held its 2024 fall commencement ceremonies on Friday, Dec. 13 and Saturday, Dec. 14, at Bloomer Sullivan Arena.
Master’s degrees and graduate certificates were awarded Dec. 13 and on Dec. 14, baccalaureate degrees were presented.
The university says the fall 2024 graduating class is the largest fall graduating class in the university’s history, with 687 students graduating that included 199 baccalaureate degree recipients and 488 graduate degree and certificate recipients.
There are representatives from 44 states and territories, six countries, and 13 sovereign tribal nations. Within the graduating class, 275 graduates, more than 40 percent, have indicated first-generation status, with 39 reveling legacy status, having a parent or grandparent who previously graduated from Southeastern.
