Southeastern Oklahoma State University recognized members of its faculty and staff recently at its 2023-24 Faculty/Staff Recognition Celebration in Montgomery Auditorium.
Both the Faculty Senate and Staff Senate presented awards in several categories. In addition, employees were recognized for years of service and retirees were honored.
The Unsung Hero Award was presented to Assistant Director of Communications and campus photographer Dan Hoke.

Marjorie Robertson was honored for 35 years of service to Southeastern. Dr. Diane Dixon, Kristie Luke, Dorothy Owens, and Sandra Thomas were honored for 30 years of service to Southeastern. Penny Bridwell, Dr. Erica Corbett, Jody Hall, Donald Phillips, and Tonya Tollett were honored for 25 years of service to Southeastern. Dr. Jennifer Hicks, Dr. Susan Morrison, Amy Ramos, and Dr. David Whitlock were honored for 20 years of service to Southeastern.
Those honored for 15 years of service to the university were Jordan Blackburn, Dyanna Bowen, Sherry Holeman, Chrissie Isenberg, Jennifer Kemp, Dr. Rhonda Richards, Terri Rogers, Rita Satterfield, and Lyndi Scarberry.
