Feeding Hope building opens

Feeding Hope is now in its new building and the organization served supper Easter evening. The first meal served there was on April 6 and the last meal served at Keithley Park was on April 3.

Tanner Young to perform at Three Valley Museum

Save the date of Thursday, April 24, as local musical artist Tanner Young will be performing on stage at the Three Valley Museum in Durant. Young, who is a self-taught musician will have you mesmerized with his ability to play multiple instruments.

This Trump administration is filled with amateurs, unqualified by knowledge or experience to fill their posts. Worse, those amateurs have huge egos, so large that they refuse to see (or at least admit) all that they don’t know.

United Way presents check to Red River Special Olympics

Bryan County United Way presented a $2,500 check last week to Red River Special Olympics and the funds are from UW’s recent Be a Hero 5K run. Danielle Baker, regional engagement director for United Way Worldwide, was present for the donation.
