SE student Lyons speaks at AERO Oklahoma at the state capitol

Durant Sports Festival planned for June

The City of Durant is excited to announce the upcoming Durant Sports Festival, organized by Durant Parks and Recreation and Events International. The month-long festival, sponsored by Discover Durant, will be held in June and feature 16 sports at locations throughout the city.

Senior Baccalaureate held for Durant High School

The Durant High School 2024 Senior Baccalaureate was last Sunday at the First United Methodist Church. Speaker Jordan Hutchings graduated from Durant High School in 2015 and he has served five years as the youth minister at Redemption Church in Oklahoma City.
