Poultry & Rabbit Building open for viewing 8:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Exhibit Buildings Open for viewing, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Livestock Judging Contest 9 a.m. Expo Arena Corn Hole Tournament, 4-H & FFA Teams, 1 p.m., Haggard Hall New schedule Open Horse Show, 5 p.m. Outdoor Arena Goats Show, 6 p.m., Expo Arena Carnival Opens, 6 p.m.
Saturday, September 7
Poultry & Rabbit Exhibits open 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Exhibits Open for Viewing, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
BBQ Cook-off Check-in, 7– 8 a.m., Community Center Kitchen Beef Show, 8:30 a.m., Bucket Calf Show following beef show, Expo Arena Best Cookie Contest, Youth & Adult Divisions, 11 a.m., Community Building, entries due at 10:30 a.m.
Super Salsa Contest, 2 p.m., Community Building, entries due at 1:30 p.m.
Ag Olympics, 1 p.m., Outdoor Arena BBQ Cook-off Turn-in Time, 4 p.m., Community Center Kitchen BBQ Judging, 6 p.m. New: Hot Dog Eating Contest, 6 p.m., BBQ Alley Carnival Opens, 6 p.m. Live Entertainment, 8 p.m.., Outdoor Stage All fair exhibits and animals will be released, 6 p.m.
