Caddo Public School District is looking for all children and young people from birth through age twenty-one in need of special education services. This includes homeless children or wards of the State and children attending private schools. Public Law 101-476 mandates confidential evaluation and placement for, visually impaired, physical disabilities, mental handicaps, speech or language disabilities, emotional disturbances and/or other special needs regardless of the severity of the disability.
