Colbert FCCLA had four members who recently competed in STAR Events on November 13th at the Murray Expo Center. Students Taking Action with Recognition (STAR) Events are Competitive Events in which members compete at the region/ district, state, and national level and are recognized for proficiency and achievement in chapter and individual projects, leadership skills, and career preparation.
All members placed in the top three of their levels.
- Ellie Cook-2nd in Creed Speaking and Interpretation Level 1 - Grace Bowler-2nd in Children’s Literature Level 2 - Callie McCulley-1st in Children’s Literature Level 3 - Anna Bowler-1st in Career Investigation Level 3 Grace, Callie and Anna advance to Region Competitions on February 5.
