Joslyn Harbin spoke at a recent meeting of Bryan County Federation of Democratic Women, telling what the local Boys and Girls Club has meant in her life. She is the Youth of the Year winner for the Durant B&G club and also currently represents Oklahoma as the state B&G Club Youth of the Year.
