Two Sawyer residents were killed in a head-on crash Feb. 12 on Highway 70 near Risner Road, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
Driver Charles V. Bumpas, 60, and passenger, Mynda S. Dilbeck, 61, died in the 9:55 p.m. crash, according to OHP.
The crash happened when a westbound vehicle driven by a 15-year-old from Durant crossed the center line and struck the eastbound vehicle driven by Bumpas, the report stated.
The juvenile, who was not wearing a seat belt, was injured in the accident. Bumpas and Dilbeck wore seat belts.
