The Okie Christmas Toy Run, a charity organization of local motorcyclists, partnered with the Bryan County Turning Point Coalition last Saturday for a poker run to benefit the Back to School Bash, a program that provides backpacks and school supplies to children.

Choctaw Cultural Center to celebrate third anniversary

The Choctaw Cultural Center will mark its third year of sharing Choctaw history and culture, unique art exhibits, concerts by Native entertainers, school tours, and more on Saturday, July 27. The public is invited for a day of activities for all ages from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
